“Some global health experts said they were alarmed that the first reports of the outbreak emerged so late in its development.” Of course, Trump cutting funds aided this. To think otherwise, is irresponsible.

I may be a complete idiot, but to me, this seems really bad because people are dying in their homes and there is no true accounting of how widespread this epidemic is.
