That is a dumb idea no matter where you live. In my professional opinion, licensed in the US, this idea to prioritize supply is dumb. For example, Northern Water built a reservoir in Colorado and found Uranium. Lots of water with little uranium is bad. watereducationcolorado.org/fresh-water-...
