NEWS: Trump officials are worried the ICC may try to prosecute them for war crimes once Trump's term ends, and are threatening sanctions against the ICC to change its founding document to grant them immunity. (via Reuters / link in reply)

The U.S. is not a member of the ICC, but the court can still prosecute individuals for actions carried out on the territory of ICC member nations.

So what’s stopping them? Prosecute Trump and Hegseth, as a start.

They have to capture them in order to put them on trial. But they can issue warrants for their arrest. They should at least do that now.
