I think I remember you and Gordon Williams of @espruino.bsky.social independently saying that choosing newer Nordic chips could be a pain because FreeRTOS and Zephyr isn't as explored as using the older Nordic SDK for NRF52.

But! The Una Watch, www.unawatch.com, (kikstarter: www.kickstarter.com/projects/una...) uses "a custom operating system that is based on FreeRTOS." as stated in their kickstarter FAQ. And Gordon speculated that they may be using a nRF5340 in this comment: github.com/orgs/espruin....

5340 can definitely run freertos but you have to bring your own BLE stack

Testing the Core 2 Duo main board test jig. After SMT (surface mount soldering all components to the PCB), each board needs to be tested. This little jig connects to the board and runs through a suite of tests.
