Also Elon saying "It was POTUS" and Trump saying "I don't know who did it" basically proves it was Elon Elon would have been like "I'm not sure" otherwise. By saying "it was POTUS!" he was dodging blame. (And he would have said "Trump" normally; he's hiding behind the office)

Why do they report a "slow down". It completely stops working if the receiver moves at high speeds (over 160 km/h), it's much worse. They were suddenly loosing connectivity to their assets.
