I have not seen it the Lions actually have anything to play for this week vs the 49ers. Anyone know?

The #1 seed in the NFC. Lions are battling the Vikings for the division and the #1 seed. So if they lose the division, they drop all the way down to the 5th seed. Have to win against niners to keep up with Vikings record.

Ok, interesting. I had thought the Eagles were locked in to the #2 seed in the NFC. So if the Lions lose tonight, and yet can still get the #1 seed, I don't get what they have to play for tonight
