Post

Your post is a much-needed contrast to all the “design finally has a seat at the table” think pieces floating around that that completely miss the point that design DID have that seat and built amazing public goods before the admin yanked the chairs. As a former USDSer, thank you.

In her response to Gebbia as Chief Design Officer www.printmag.com/industry-per..., Ashleigh Axios is remarkably restrained – even hopeful – and does not mention Trump’s name once. Clearly an intentional decision, but why? Trump is at the core of this role, and evading that serves what purpose?

Thanks Ethan for writing this. I am horrified at all that has happened and this is just one more thing that shows the intent behind this administration. As someone who has to fill out (or help fill out) a FAFSA form each year, I cringe to think about how that experience could get worse.
