My son’s driver’s ed kept reiterating, no screens while driving. No phones. Don’t be distracted. We have a loaner car that has a giant iPad on the dashboard and you have to operate it as a touchscreen while the car is moving at least sometimes. We decided this was a good idea?

In an old car, a switch or lever failed, you lost the 1 function. A friend had her dash ipad display go bad and she literally couldn't use her car until she spent over $2500 to replace it. I'll take the couple hundred repair, still can use the car method.

Had that a few years ago. I shut itself off middle of a cycle, complaining of excessive suds. There were no visible suds and it was already in the spin cycles. Unplugged it and plugged it in. Finished with just rinse cycles It did it again When the guy came, I told him to disconnect the sensor.
