I've never heard of this game but it looks awesome

I really wanted to like it but the way you can build anywhere I found really jarring. I love the lore and the scenarios too. Everything else works very well.

Is the official food of World Hexmap Day the Taco Bell Crunchwrap Supreme? The council is currently debating this.

There's also quite a few hex shaped crackers out there if you need snackies.

Should it be "hexmap" or "hex map"? I shall consult with the council about this.

This isn't a terribly exciting hex map but I am proud of the mechanic I created for randomizing whale movement in a realistic(ish) way.

For the Council's consideration: How about "hex map" is the adjective and noun describing the physical object, and "hexmap" is the verb describing the action of using a hex map.

I'll submit it for review. So your case is that it should be "World Hex Map Day"?

Yes, I drew for the game on hexpaper and then after the game I hand drew the top one, what I call the “high fantasy version” of the map. Did everything by hand: pencilling, inking, lettering, all the shading. I kept the original in my artbook but a scanned copy is glued into the homemade scroll.
