last evening, i asked alexa the night's weather forecast, and she informed me there was a 51% chance of rain, which is both weirdly specific and yet somehow amusingly vague. it's such a noncommittal forecast. "we're 1% MORE convinced that it will, in fact, rain. glad to help!"
