i watched this movie like 3 months ago and i keep thinking about it cause it's got such a great premise but the execution is so goddamn abysmal and boring. it falls for the overloreization of movies to such a negative degree it makes me want to start a letterboxd so i can rate it one star

@fanfic-writing-oomfs: imagine this premise but its two lesbians and instead of it being a gorge its two space stations orbiting a haunted moon. their orbits out of sync, they only catch brief glimpses of each other, leave notes on a window hoping the other will read them

one of them reverse engineers the comms system, she sends an email noting how pretty the flowers on the other's station look... maybe the other sends a small space capsule with a bouquet.. maybe they modify the orbit system to align their orbits, and just maybe they jump from one to other...
