IIRC something like 30% of Americas produce is grown in the Central Valley of CA.

When the COVID lock down happened and interstate transport broke down, the food in California groceries went weird. *Not* bad, just weird. Everything canned or boxed was gone. But, wow, did we have produce. *So* many eggplants, tomatoes, carrots, onions, and stuff like that. We ate stir-fry.

Three sows, a rooster, and I will take that F-150 out back. The one up on blocks. You gotta put the tires on, though.
