You're wrong. This has nothing to do with foreigners or deporting illegals. This has to do with terrorizing people in general, fomenting unrest and shutting down or at least impeding elections, thereby holding on to power.

And yet the tool by which they brought they would succeed was an assumption that whites people would’ve happy that PoC were being targeted. That’s what OP is saying and they are correct
