Alright. I reckon this project is done. Full teardown and rebuild from the crankshaft up, taking this leaky, lumbering 46yo ex-police bike and turning it into a tight, responsive daily rider. Pretty happy with that.

Huge inspiration taken from the Goldstroke 'Motorsport' build, obviously. And don't worry - no historical desecration here. Some PO had already given it a really sloppy naked conversion, so old fairings and bags were long-gone when I picked it up as a basket case.
