sorry. unfollowing now. i just wanted to support queer poc authors. i didn't know he committed seppuku after a failed coup to restore the emperor of japan.

Yukio Mishima just fascinates me on so many levels. He was admittedly a beautiful author and playwright, while also standing for everything that I utterly despise, while those feelings possibly stemmed from some form of inner homophobia and early self-loathing. That and his failed coup is funny af 😂
