This was me lashing out because my wife won’t let me ever try Spicy Rigatoni alla Everclear

She’s concerned the house might burn down

Wait… why is vodka normally in the pie?

It can be used in the dough

Hmm. Well your ABV calculation was equivalent and Everclear really only is alcohol + water… so it doesn’t really make sense to me why it would fall apart when vodka wouldn’t. That’s a mystery.
