How do people feel about the usage of GenAI tools being mandated at work?

Mandate without training won’t work. People don’t like to be told, but to be shown there is a more efficient way of working. The change of mindset is what companies must pursue. No need for mandate at all.

There are people who are truly becoming a 2-3x more productive with this tech, without compromising quality. Let it be and invite others to follow. Pave the way. Make it easier for them to get licenses, materials and access to a rich ecosystem (agents, skills, etc.).
