Costs have gone up a lot since 2012 (last time it was $40) It costs staff PTO to work for free and for them to travel there... so now Directors and up had their stay comped instead of only a few nights, plus 2 hot catered meals/day in the Directors Lounge.

All staff also began receiving hotel buffet vouchers in addition to the Staff Lounge. That way they had a hot meal every day they worked. PLUS the new bus system to get attendees to the con and expand the hotel options for a variety of cost points... and access to Target!

I know it hurts AND Reg fees help cons better support the people volunteering their time, energy & often PTO to make YOUR vacation amazing. 💜 It goes RIGHT back into staff PLUS the charity!!
