i asked openai & gemini and both said it wasn't created with either of their tools, so 🤷

I asked my eyes and they told me that the logo on the device with the fucked up nonsense text means it was created with AI

nice. what if it's a visual artifact from image compression tho? or a bit error? or being copied and downloaded and shared across devices tens of thousands of times?

since the AI said it then it must be true

these are the only 2 legitimate ways to verify if images contain their own watermarks to determine if an image was created with either of those two services. there are loads of other ai image generators, so it's not a 100% way to tell, but it catches a lot of them.

I think it has to be partially Photoshopped. AI 100% would've added smoke to the doobie had it created that part. I think AI was used to make the ankle bracelet and the image on the box. Perhaps it added the grain. I'm betting the pic of the cat was created years and years ago, just a guess.

I feel like i would have seen this cat pic before though since I've wasted so much of my life online.
