Love Lutris, still use it for some windows games that require install scripts, for the others I’m just using Steam or Heroic Games Launcher since it seems more reliable when installing EGS games.

For wine/dosbox/scummvm I use Lutris, for emulators its ES-DE, and Heroic for Epic

I use both. I go with Heroic by default, since it's simpler and works well in Flatpak, as well as supporting Windows as well. Lutris can be a hassle when you're manually adding a lot of games. But it has its uses.

In my experience HGL is more reliable when installing EGS games, also I prefer the UI and simplified settings menu. For everything else I use either Steam or Lutris, the community install scripts help with a lot of hard to run games.
