I’ve enjoyed your images made your travels around England. I live in Worcester so am relatively close to both Shrewsbury and the Cotswold where you walked. It’s good to see how an American, more at home in the wonders of the Seirra Nevada, sees the English countryside.

Good to hear from you, Nick. We've enjoyed every visit to England over the years. As typical Yanks, we started with London and then gradually began to work our way outwards over the years. This was the most "outwards" visit so far, as we went to a number of cities and towns that we had not...

...different sort of landscape than some of the more famous examples in California — our Sierra Nevada, deserts, redwood trees, and rugged coastlines. (Though we've seen some of the latter in Scotland.) But the Cotswolds were mostly quite charming, and a very enjoyable place to walk.

I’ve visited all the Western Bational Parks so have been to many of the places you photograph. I enjoy your daily posts that remind me of the wonders of the mountains, deserts and coasts.
