looks like this flight www.flightradar24.com/424c9dce I don't really think that planes landing at Shannon should be allowed to take off again with shackled people on board, regardless of whether or not the overall objective is or isn't legal. I don't think that is safe. #speirgorm

I don't think the Irish state needs to take a view on whether or not they are being transferred to a safe country or what their immigration status might be. That is a matter for the USA. The matter for Ireland is whether an aircraft is ready for takeoff with passengers in restraints.

Good that someone is tracking the tail numbers, because refoulement gets caught by tracking those. Chaining Ukrainians who fled an invasion and routing them back through Poland isnt immigration enforcement, its outsourcing a legal violation to a charter jet.
