Yeah… AI “capabilities”… riiiight… Just today, I tried to call our salesperson at [famous national hardware store] about missing parts in a bath cabinet delivery: AI: “Tell me what you need.” me: “extension #4505” AI: “I’m sorry I didn’t understand; try stating a different way” …👇

… That was in the morning. The day has gone by - I still haven’t heard back. People at the chain: great. Products available: great. Not being to follow up on major orders with the good people involved with SIMPLE instruction to AI - will drive me to other vendors. F*ck AI promoters.
