so like did the birds poop in the pie? was it a display pie not meant to actually be eaten? or was there like a little nesting for the bird in case of poop? or did they just eat the poop? 🤔

Yes, this was meant to be a spectacle only. The birds would be under an otherwise empty pie crust.
