Idk I just feel like a seeded roll and Cooper sharp is witnessing the gentrification of Philly cheesesteaks in real time.

Considering that Copper sharp is just a brand of slightly better American cheese, this checks out. Provolone is still the top choice. Not as mad at the seeded roll, because I’m a John’s Roast pork fan and they’ve had a lightly seeded one forever.

I *love* provolone on mine. I think it’s a mixture of that plus the high af price tag that really does it for me.
