Is there much written about how to do this? I've done some electronics stuff and I'm not afraid to kill a few things along the way

there's not much public documentation out there right now unfortunately. I don't know what gork's plans are once her designs are finalized but PS1s have been bent by a rare handful of circuit benders. different models also have different tolerances for glitches/mods too
