You could sue them so they reimburse every buyer. They took money in using your name and your product, and you did have a contract with them at the time. I wouldn’t have bought your game from them if they didn’t…

Ah, this is the first time I got any response, I will contact FPG then. But I consider the money lost. Are there still gonna be GBA cartridges made?

First time I contacted FPG they said “it’s going to come out soon”, second time they didn’t answer at all. PayPal refused the refund because it had been too long (note to self, pay using credit card next time).

Apologies, I try and respond to all enquiries, but some get missed. We are making new cartridges for Kickstarter backers, and will likely sell a limited amount once those are sorted out via Bitmap Bureau.
