The difference is that I feel comfortable admitting it is obviously bad.

One time as an experiment I asked my deadhead friends what the best live tapes of all time were. Got super stoned, played on the hifi. There is no amount of money in the world you could pay those people to all clap at the same time.

Shows at Winterland were great. Loud, but vocals and every instrument was as clear as a bell. The original members were pretty young and you could feel the energy. I was at the 12/30/77 show (on youtube), still in high school 😀 Yeah we were high, but man the band was amazing. You missed it, too bad!
