I wish I had as much total confidence that they will ultimately lose. They definitely should and very well could. History is full of people like them that live to their dying day without reaching that end and also having their legacy in cultural memory being white washed to boot. 🤞we beat them!

also: pace yourselves. no one of us can do everything. just do SOMETHING with some consistency and trust that others are doing what they can in their own lanes and we will collectively get it done.

You're right. I kept waiting for the systems in place to work while I voted. But our check systems are not working because apparently they were all based on some kind of fantasy honor system. My bad.

Them being not that actually good at this has been one of the few rays of hope I have. If for nothing else than that incompetence will keep what institutions remain in tact just enough that we don't reach a "bullets everywhere" type of situation.
