If this news is true and you work for one of these miserable Senate Democrats, you must consider what the line for you is. When will you quit your job and speak up for us instead of the fascists who literally are murdering people in the streets?

If there's any middle step that Senate Ds could ethically vote for under an R-controlled Senate along the way to defunding & abolishing ICE completely, it should include as a bare minimum: No new funding for ICE. ICE immediately OUT OF OUR CITIES. "Training" and "body cams" are worse than nothing.

Others may disagree but I think a firm requirement for a judicial warrant for immigration actions/detentions/arrests and civil liability of some kind for violations would also be good interim steps.
