As a CA resident…I will not be supporting Newsom in a Democratic primary. While I have appreciated some actions he’s taken, he’s been so disappointing in other ways.

Van Hollen is good. Al Green would be my pick but I don't think he'd ever want to run. I used to like Pritzker until he sicced the police on protesters, and Shapiro is a Zionist. We really don't have a lot of good options, unless AOC wants to run and can somehow get the party behind her.

This description is both unnecessarily kind to Newsom and unfairly maligning of circus peanuts. Sure, they're both tasteless, totally devoid of value, and exposure to them will make you sick, but at least the peanuts aren't transphobic.
