The recent Supreme Court decision, which effectively killed the last remaining provision of the Voting Rights Act of 1965, represents the life’s work of John Roberts. The Roberts Court has now gutted the VRA on three different occasions, and Roberts wrote or joined all those opinions.

I want the Roberts name to be synonymous with Jim Crow 2.0 and "Calvinball jurisprudence" coined by Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson to criticize the Court's majority for acting like the chaotic game from Calvin and Hobbes with inconsistent rulings always favoring their predetermined outcome.
