We have to reduce forces to deescalate. Cops should not be allowed to deploy more than two guys to anywhere without a challengeable legal justification.

Unfortunately people saying "defund the police" has always been a mix of people going "when I say defund the police I mean reduce police budgets and increase social services" and people saying "when I say defund the police I mean get rid of police, period."
