In by-election after by-election, Greens are making advances - often winning, sometimes coming 2nd - while Labour is slipping (sometimes from 1st to 3rd place). The argument "You might not LIKE Labour, but vote for it tactically to beat Reform UK!" is switching... except that people DO like Greens!

I'm a Green member but I find it frustrating when any party makes these kinds of broad claims saying you need to vote for x to keep y out across the country It's specific to the ward/constituency. To claim otherwise is just confusing for voters at precisely the time clarity is most important

Read my post (and the meme) carefully. I'm saying that no longer can Labour honestly say "We are the only ones who can beat Tories/Reform." For decades, people who preferred Green policies were persuaded to vote Labour, so as not to split the (anti-RW) vote. Now, they can vote Green and GET Green!

I'll add on and say it's a rough colour pairing due to poor contrast. Might suggest they go for solid black writing though I do understand their intentions.

I always include ALT text. I've changed my settings, so that I'm not allowed to post any image nor GIF without being reminded about it. Everybody should do the same. As for the colour choices, green was obvious. Red letters would have been glaring and red/green is the most common colour-blindness 👇

Vote Lib Dem to beat Reform where I live. Greens are only putting up paper candidates in local elections as they are realistic enough to know they won't win here except in one ward where the fight is to keep the councillor who defected to Greens from Lib Dem.
