Trump has already publicly stated that the USA should include a 'kill switch' on military hardware sold to other countries. I would suggest not only that we not buy any new US military hardware, but that we actively start replacing the US military hardware we currently use.

What better way to secure long-term multi-billion contracts for the American defence industry than to demonstrate to every potential customer that dependence on US weapons can and will be weaponized against them whenever Washington sees fit?
