deepseek 4.1 includes the claude github account in the co-authors on commits it makes which is very funny

Makes sense if it learned from public repos. Claude Code adds Claude as a coauthor on commits by default, so a lot of commits out there carry that line, mine included. A model copying the trailer tells you about its training data, not about who wrote the code.
