i don’t know why this is the example people keep pointing at (there are others you could use instead like uber) accenture is not saying “you cannot spend more than 29 dollars a month on ai” (preposterous to believe this) but rather that the token spend must be paid for by a project or team

Jeremy Dunworth@jeremydunworth.bsky.social

Chat is this good or bad for Anthropic revenues going forward? technologymagazine.com/news/why-tec... Hint, it just might be a rhetorical question.

naturally given accenture is doing work for clients, they are not going to foot the token bill for the work they are doing for their clients. again, plenty of examples of this happening out there but the accenture example isn’t the one to use

it’s crazy how much longer the day is when you just wake up at a normal time. isn’t that weird?

Your ideal relationship with your vendors is to run the numbers and threaten to self-host once a contract cycle and then never actually do it because they cut you a good enough deal.

how to make revenue in 2026

If you are still on the “cheap Chinese models will take share from US labs” cope train you need to get off. US labs are now distilling their own models to compete across the Pareto frontier, so Haiku is better model than Kimi at 1/8th the cost. The only reason to use it is if you MUST self-host.

“cope train” while imagining the only use case of a chinese model is to self host lol

openai should invite nathan fielder and a camera crew to live in their office and document everything they do

okay so look, ive been kinda shit posting (and kinda not) about the malfoid thing going on across tiktok, twitter, and instagram...but the thing that i've been finding so captivating about it i believe is just how good both the voice acting and the artwork from these AI models has gotten. examples 🧵

View full thread

presumably, a lot of the reason malfoid is actually producing such high quality outputs is that people are putting a lot more effort into it? like, we are talking about episodes that sometimes run as long as 11 minutes now, something that was unthinkable a year ago.

im also really not a fan of this! i think there's probably mostly downsides to this sort of thing becoming possible, but like...its still extremely awe inspiring to me tbh

here is one example. there are still obviously flaws in this, but compared to where things were at 6 months ago, holy shit

here is another example. in this one, the voice acting is (to an untrained ear) perfect. i would never know the difference. the art work is nearly there, but there are definitely some glitches and weird parts. imagine if the story had substance/was written by a talented storywriter

deepseek 4.1 flash is a great model (approaching excellent) so long as you never EVER have to talk directly with it

we are reaching parity with twitter finally, seen by how much people are posting FUD here these days

this sounds like basically nothing if you read into it. h/t to @vgel.me for a good take on it

hi, i made a screen recorder !!! it's called Screenie and it's out now ❣️ it follows your mouse and zooms where you click, smooths your cursor, has pretty backgrounds, blurs private stuff and a lot more. no account needed and everything stays on your mac <3 try 4 free at screenie.cam

i don’t know what is happening yet as i have not had a coffee yet, but i am waiting for ed zitron to post his take with great impatience

bluesky is tbh a more enjoyable place for ai than twitter. lots has changed since like 6 months ago

hallie iris@irisflower.co

brah i didn't know there were so many trans ppl who like ai on bsky this is fucking crazy !!!!!!

samsung tizen runs wayland so you can just do dumb stuff like this lol

hailey@hailey.at

much more time consuming to get persistent root but deepseek managed

fun. deepseek trivially roots tizen on a 2025 samsung lol

hailey@hailey.at

you’re nuts if you’re not using adguard or pihole or something tbqh, as well as using separate subnets for these things. my samsung has the second most blocked requests second only to a windows gaming PC lol. not even the cheap IoT devices compare

if you have a decent deepseek, you should spin your GPUs at 100% and run it again. you will find so many bugs, it's absurd

if you have a decent test suite, you should spin your CPUs at 100% and run it again. you will find so many bugs, it's absurd

new poll: do you still even look at the code?

Armin Ronacher@mitsuhiko.at

The poll so far between Twitter, Bluesky and Mastodon. I think it looks less absurd than last time, but still pretty clear that the base is divided. bsky.app/profile/mits...
