I remember this was the game I got when I bought my DS about a year after launch, I sure chose well

Some of the later stages are a little too happy to throw in the "instant death pit no human being could react to first time" but also that's an incentive to play the stages over and learn the routes, which is when Sonic games are at their best. Also the OST... Naganuma just doesn't miss

Fuck yeah. Dude I have so many great memories playing that game and rush adventure.

Sonic colors on DS, which is more or less the 3rd installement of the Sonic Rush, is imo an upgrade on more or less everything

I'm very underplayed on Sonic games but that's the one I always think of as " damn, that was a good ass game !"

I've already glazed it in your replies before but yeah, Sonic Rush FUCKS it's so good, and it all mostly has to do with the scoring/trick system and how it is required to master for S ranks.

more of a Rush Adventure fan here (dimps finally learnt how to do stages without constant do-or-die bottomless pit moments by then lol) but god, when Rush nails the vibe it *really* goddamn nails the vibe, great stuff

It's a high that no other Sonic game ever hit. it's a real shame about Sonic Rush Adventure
