Peter Thiel already has moved his family to Argentina. Around 5,000 Nazis moved Argentina quickly after World War II. Knowledge of History always helps.

And Argentinians are already protesting outside his house about it. I don't think any of their expected refuges will work out like they're hoping. It's a much smaller world than it was in 1945.
