Excellent job. Like a spoiled, megalomaniacal, brat, Trump resents having to consult with anyone, even a Republican congress, because he believes his anachronistic, punitive, authoritarian and addled understanding of the world must be the last word. Ie he needs to rule on a delusional whim.
