The end goal is a cidery. Sounds like the way things are moving, several orchards on small "affordable" 1-2 acre plots. One central location. Kombucha, cider, apple spritzers. Some board games sure. Think 3rd space, but no to little coffee. Trails along the orchards. An early sketch:

Need a better name. I'm thinking... Cinnamon Farms. Honey Cider & Co. Parched & Co. Apple Tales. Long Stories. Back Again. Seed to Sow. Apple Embers. Toast & Roast. Sip & Tip. Grasp. Gathering. Sip & Gather. Apple Straw. Haystack. Friendly Leaf. Bite Sip. Wandering Wizard. Fermentation Wizards.

No espresso machine for sure. I'm fine with cold brew. Infused teas, way more common. Work during the day. Cocktails at night.

I think they closed. But there was a beautiful idea in upstate NY once. Abandoned Cidery. They worked on abandoned orchards, and made cider from them. 3-4 outposts in the area. No central place. We stopped at one and it blew my mind. I don't know what happened. But I think about them often.

I would love to create an environment where you grab a table with a friend and split a bottle of something. Bottle splitting. Nothing bonds you faster. Not individual drinks. A shared bottle. From the land. From 5ft away. From nearby.

I think after 5pm. It becomes adult swim. Bottles only. Split. Small bites. White pies. (Splittable) Games (splittable) bottles (splittable) . Splittable. Once you walk through the doors, we share. There is no "I'll have". It's "we'll have" We. Splittable. Have a night together for once.

It's one check babe. Guess what. Splittable. How peckish are we? Hummus plate? Splittable. Sparkling Black Arkansas? Splittable. Cheesecake? Splittable. Need another spoon? I got you hun. Bring your friends. You know a spot. Oh yeah? There is something for everyone. Splittable.
