Today's Supreme Court 6–3 decision reaffirmed birthright citizenship. An estimated 255,000 babies each year could have lost American citizenship despite being born on U.S. soil. We are heartened that the Court upheld the Constitution. America's children should never be used as political pawns.

Why wasn't it 9-0? Is this really a win that 3 SCOTUS justices don't think a Constitutional Amendment is Constitutional. After many challenges to it over the years.
