Picked up some buckwheat flour for another recipe, but I figured I’d try my hand at a galette breton. It may not be perfectly shaped, but it was delicious.

Regrettably, there were no leftovers. Not pointing fingers, but *someone* ate several of these, going so far as to refrigerate some of the batter and make some pear and gruyere versions for breakfast the next day.
