The case is not about merits

If someone isn't subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, then Trump also shouldn't be able to arrest and imprison them.

Stripping away citizenship is not a power any branch of government really has. They do, however, have a bad habit of enforcing laws we don't have while ignoring the ones we do.

⚠️ Birthright Citizenship was meant to protect slaves and US domestic population from a tyrannical govt. You shouldn't be able to shop for citizenship in the US, and repealing the right for visa/illegal immigrant anchor babies would eliminate the appeal for illegal immigration. Permanent solution.
