The Dems will fund DHS, TSA etc but not ICE

Does it surprise anyone that out genius POTUS didn’t think of this before he launched an attack on Iran? Maybe if he had sought congressional approval before launching the attack, this could’ve been avoided. Surely there is someone in Congress that would’ve been smart enough to anticipate this.
