The US doesn’t have “Responsible Government”. But, if the Republican Party “loses confidence” in its leadership, its members could create Responsible Government by: Resigning in large numbers. Forming a Third Party. Joining the Democratic Party. Such tactics would give more power to The People.

I understand why you are predicting this. But we cannot afford to be defeatist. Somehow we must take action to change it so past is NOT prologue. And we must not stop voting bc we assume it will be rigged again. Idk if or how we can have an honest election. I hope we can figure it out.

I like this one- Article II Section 4 impeach convict remove all your Representative and your Senators, tell them this whole administration needs to be gone in three parts impeach convict remove 202-224-3121 it is their job to uphold our Constitution, call them.

No snap elections, that's true. The Good guys in the military, Top brass, especially the ones who serve the Constitution, the ones who know exactly what's going on, can start arresting the Trump cabinet, Secretary of Defense, & the president, & hold them in Congressional jail until this is over!

I think that one of the most disheartening things people are grappling with is that it’s really hard to imagine any mechanism capable of addressing the most broken and corrupt administration ever that wouldn’t immediately be used and abused on the next Democrat to win the presidency.

We do need to consider a process for the people to recall a horrific president in the future. 28th Amendment? I think the founders valued stability but never conceived a president would be elected who was so corrupt and a Congress would just rollover and enable him.

Can’t do it until there is a dem majority in the house and senate. Even then we need a super majority which is doubtful bc the regime will use any and all threats they need to, to stay in power.

After living in Ireland for 11 years I’d say I think the Parliamentary system is a better form of democratic government. I don’t like saying that. It feels disrespectful. But I’m really starting to feel that way.

Am I the only one who notes the irony that the Westminster system of Parliamentary government, which developed in the British Empire after the US revolution, seems to provide a more resilient and reactive form of Democracy?

To all the friendly 2nd amendment folks, get the right tool and train. If you say you want to keep your pew-pew toys in case the government goes rogue.... Well, what's this? If you do nothing then you lose your right to that argument EVER AGAIN.

A “Motion of Non-Confidence” sure comes in handy in any nation’s political tool box! This inability to confront a major assault on democracy is a significant “American” flaw allowing creeping authoritarianism to grow alarmingly!

4 year term for a president wasn't a long time when information traveled on horseback. Now, I think 2 years is plenty. The people need the chance to kick out the scumbags quicker than 4 years. Modern technology allows for a LOT of harm to be done in just ONE year, nevermind 4.

I want Taco to be impeached so much, but according to the Dems listed, it’s a fruitless endeavor right now because the Republicans will squash it. I really want Taco to be sponsored to be impeached regardless because he will forever be negatively branded in history. He deserves that much.

Facebook is a subliminal algorithms propaganda messaging machine controlling the US population; "Zuckerberg Trump's second top 1% pedophilia inauguration", "f****** Barnum and Bailey was right; "suckers are born every minute especially after controlling the AI Media" or "Ghislaine Maxwell's pardon"!

It would have to be based on the Parliamentary Government style, which we don't have. Ours is a constitutional government, and to create a system like that would require amending the Constitution, which requires 3/4 confirmation of the States.

And why not? They have constant elections anyhow. Why not a referendum election on Trump/Putin attacking the world causing WW3, Trump immune from his murders/rapes/theft/fraud/treason, SCOTUS and Nazi oligarchs treason, + the fat-ass small-dick proud boys dressed up as ICE - the whole bit.

It's too bad there's no Constitutional option for states to recall their members of Congress. Most states have ways to recall state and local officials, but it seems the only thing we can do on the Federal level is to demand their resignation. This needs to be fixed after the regime falls.
