When it feels like nothing is going your way in life, you might be 'paddling upstream' or trying to force the 'river' to flow faster than it naturally does. Life becomes infinitely easier when you let go & allow the river to carry you, being gentle with yourself through every twist & turn😍

Your anxiety remedy is "Will this matter a year from now?"🏋️‍♂️ All too often, you get so involved in things an 'invisible speck' becomes an 'insurmountable mountain'. Instead, imagine yourself a year from now looking back at today: "Does this really matter?"

Fear will not get you where you want to go👋 It's not easy to head into uncharted waters, but every journey starts with a 1st step. Fear will keep you from taking that step & making new discoveries. Don't let fear keep you tied up - see what God/Universe has planned for you

Best thing to do if you're feeling poor is to give something away👍 Give few dollars to homeless person, some clothes to thrift store or pay for person behind you at drive-through. Instead of focusing on what you don't have, focus on what you do have & how you can bless others with it.

When you give something away—whether it's money, time or kindness—you don't diminish yourself; you create space for something else to come back to you. It's not a transactional law, but a spiritual one✌️

"Don't take anything personally. What others say & do is projection of their own reality. When you are immune to opinions & actions of others, you won't be the victim of needless suffering" — Don Miguel Ruiz What others think of you isn't what matters - it's what you think of yourself that counts

"The negative opinion other people have of you is their problem, not yours" — Elisabeth Kübler-Ross What others negatively think is problem for them to solve or narrative for them to carry. You have no responsibility to live up to or fight against their internal projections.

When you replace ‘Why is this happening to me?’ with ‘What is this trying to teach me?’ everything shifts👍 Move out of victim mode and into inquiry & curiosity - it far wiser to seek the message life may be offering than to remain focused on what is happening
