Exactly the same way the Allies avoided trying to assassinate Hitler; his stupidity & total control of the country helped the Allied war effort, while more competent leadership would have hurt it.

The Holocaust was well under way before the Allies were in any position to attempt to assassinate anyone in the Nazi regime. The only way Hitler dying before 1945 would have prevented it would have been for him to be KIA in WW1, during the Beer Hall Putsch in 1923, or before 1933.
