How do we get rid of the corruption when the corrupt are the ones in charge of removing the corruption? I know that Americans businesses have this attitude that they need to self-regulate themselves, but hasn’t that failed a million times over the last 250 years?

Self-regulate stands alone...it is redundant to add THEMSELVES. But I agree with your statement. Of couse it fails.

Yeah, sometimes the obvious is so obvious that we don’t need to repeat ourselves, but unfortunately we also have people who don’t know what self-regulation means. AI regulated by Musk means Musk. AI regulated by Altman means it’s Altman. They will always steal and control, because of power.
