What's the best comprehensive guide on AI right now? Looking for something that goes into detail about LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Chaining, Multi-Agent Workflows etc. Best would be - very german - if it has a certification at the end... German businesses love those.

Don‘t know about certifications, but huggingface courses and deeplearning.ai are great
